raw shock

... remember dipping a string in paint and laying it in squiggles on one half of a piece of paper with one end hanging down from the bottom of the sheet? medium_raw-shock.jpgThen you fold the un-stringed side over and press it down firmly with a book or your hand on top. Put your thumb on the place where the string exits at the bottom and pull the string out slowly. The paint is smeared and spread by the movement of the string. Lovely swirls and circles of color. Good background idea. This is just one half of my trial run. The other half is the mirror image. How do you spell the name of the psychological test this reminds me of ... Roarshock? Raushock?
