scanning history

Scanned a bunch of family photos for the genealogy buff in the family yesterday. That's one thing off my list of commitments.
H spend the afternoon, eating and sleeping. He likes the swing so it will go to his house and will get dailly use instead of bimonthly duty.
Fiddled with a few things in the studio but accomplished nothing.
We tried a new restaurant. The building has been a number of different flavors. Now it's New Orlean's upscale. Jazz music, sofas in the corner, pewter salt and pepper shakers and dinner served in iron skillets. Go figure. Catfish was good.
Then I quilted all evening. Seems like the more I stitch, the more squares need stitching. Are the quilting elves coming in midnight and adding to this quilt? Is Penelope undoing my stitches while I sleep? Will it ever be done?
