It's Monday again. But at least it will be a quiet one at work. Knock on wood laminate.
Really accomplished a lot over the long holiday weekend - hope to keep the momentum and roll through some more of the tasks on my list. Maybe even weave some this week. Definitely finish the holiday letter and cards. I'm recycling the back door curtain since the new door has no window. Did I mention how dark the laundry room is now? Who'd have thought that much light was coming through that nasty yellowed plexiglas pane.

And just for perspective, here's the before shot:

The curtain by the way is handwoven in light blue cotton. It's faded a bit in the middle, but the huck weave is still sound and it will make great snowflakes for my Christmas cards this year.

I called my mom, she has the same cold and still coughing. It took me a long time to get over mine. But now that I'm feeling better, I have to get serious again on this eating jag I've been on lately. I'll be boring you with entries about this for the next few weeks. Everytime I write something down, I remember it better than if I just think about it. Moving forward. Heck, just moving at all will be an improvement.
