on Saturday, too

Here we are at the Frogs show at the museum. J taking our picture. And here's H a little later, finally out of the stroller for a little R&R.

These are the tiniest cutest little blue frogs. That's a slice of orange beside them for scale.

And just so you don't assume that the frog exhibit was just about frogs... here's an enormous Katydid with his foot sitting on a cucumber slice for scale.

We went to almost all of the other parts of the museum except the Roman show and the Butterfly gardens. H took two naps during the whole event and we had a great time. M played in the Discovery zone and the science exhibits, layed on the floor to watch the videos (just like at home). J and I enjoyed the shell display cases, Hall of the Americas and the Egyptian displays. We walked around the dinasaur bones several times and ooooh'd and aaahhhh'd at the jewelry in the vault of the Gems and Mineral exhibit. There's always more to see next time. It was a perfectly lovely day with a nice breeze blowing in the afternoon. I'm sure lots of folks were picnicing at the Miller Outdoor Theater across the street.
