which came first

This is the other side of the bird page. Stitched with metallics and a bit of Shiva Paintstiks. I played with it a bit as a photo and now I have it in several colorways!

I can go to bed happy now. This journal page turned out just how I planned it. I tried doing some feather quilting but that was a disaster. So I went back to original idea and decided it wasn't so silly or crazy after all. So I'll be watching the paint dry and then press it and assemble the journal page for the round robin.

Dentist appointment in the morning. Somebody call me early, okay? Last time, we had a power spike and I was late. I just hate that. No, really I'm setting a second alarm clock with a battery backup.

Very cool! love the color and the whole dramatic effect. I'm so impressed that you're still faithfully blogging! wow...wish I were doing that, or at least faithfully sketching, but health comes first. but balance is coming, just around the corner...
