hoppy new year
I am running out of display space for frogs. Cutting back on collecting, discouraging random gifts of frogdom unless they are really splendid (and frankly, what frog isn't?).
I have this basket o' frogs. A dozen of them. For 2008, I am thinking of a monthly challenge to dress up a frog, put them in diarama, and/or to send a frog off into the world. Still considering this. Anyone want a naked frog? I am willing to see these frogs going to distant shores and someday maybe returning to me if not in person, at least in photos, showing their adventures.
Wanna play with a frog? No warts involved. You do know that 2008 is the Year of the Frog, right?

iron chef
Too many cooks spoil the broth. This guy cooks alone, believe me. About the time he came to live at my house as a gift from my daughter and SIL was about the same time I reduced my meal cooking to a minimum. Almost none, that is. I blame the iron chef. My version of the story and I'm sticking to it.
